The old booking request forms are now just contact forms. Please, fill them out if you have a specific inquiry about a tour.
You can make your payments on line, with several options using your credit or debit card, or alternative online payments options.
If you have a problem with the check out platform, we can provide a Stripe link. In this is the case, your booking will be completed after we get a notification from Stripe informing us that the payment is done. The platform will automatically send you an electronic receipt.
Last minute bookings for all night tours are available if you contact us via direct message on Instagram and make your payment in cash in the meeting point, before starting the tour (without this, the tour won’t start). This last minute booking option runs every day from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Be advised that we only give one tour every night and there is just one guide in charge. We cannot process your last minute requirement if someone else has a confirmed tour for the day, nor if the limit of 3 people per tour has been reached.

There are no extra fees for a rescheduling day, when it is made following the criteria detail above. Rescheduling days are not possible to process 48 hours (2 days) before the tour starts. If you cannot take the tour any more it might be refundable up to 75%. Please refer to our Cancellations and Refunds section.
If you cannot take a tour any more, you can cancel it and apply for a refund. To cancel a tour email to booking@gaydublintours.com with the word CANCEL in the subject. Tell us about your reasons and we will assist you.
€15 discount coupons are not valid for Nigh Premium Tours second bookings, instead we offer a €5 discount coupon for second. if this is made within 3 days from the first tour. To claim in, you have to mark the option “I am back, my second time” in the box “Booking for first time?” located in the online form for booking requests.
Coupons are not transferable and cannot be changed for cash.

A coffee break is included in all our Day and Outdoor Premium Tours. This consist of a drink and a treat. The drink is limited to a cup of hot chocolate, coffee or tea (regular size); and a pastry or snack. Together, drink and treat, can not exceed €10 for one person, €20 for two people, and €30 for 3 people. Coffee breaks take place within the first 90 minutes of every tour.
A list of local cafés has been curated for these drinks and food; no international franchises are part of the list.
There are no coffee breaks for Night tours, but with dinner you can have a coffee (instead of a glass of wine from the house or a pint) and then enjoy the 3 pints offered in the tour. Coffee breaks are not included in Standard Tours.
Day tours
Saver option for lunch in Day tours is limited to a toastie (toasted sandwich) and a non-alcoholic drink (soft drink or canned drink), in a local café (no takeaway). Together, toastie and drink, can not exceed €15 per person. The assigned budget for saver lunch is €15 for one person, €30 for two people, and €45 for 3 people. The saver option for lunch is not available for our Weekends tours.
Upgrade option for lunch in Day tours offers more variety for your meal and one alcoholic drink, in a non-mainstream bistro or gastropub. Food options include hamburgers or sambos (sandwiches) regularly served with sides; and stews or day's soup. Booking the upgraded option lets you enjoy a glass of wine from the house, or a pint of Guinness with your meal.
Together, your chosen meal and one drink, cannot exceed €35 per person. The assigned budget for an upgraded lunch is €35 for one person, €70 for two people, and €105 for 3 people.
You can choose your meal and an alcoholic drink (just 1), in a non-mainstream bistro or gastropub. Food options include hamburgers or sambos (sandwiches) regularly served with sides; and stews or day's soup. Also drink a glass of wine from the house, or a pint of Guinness.
Together, your chosen meal and one drink, cannot exceed €35 per person. The assigned budget for lunch ("City Parks" and “Grand Canal & Royal Canal”) is €35 for one person, €70 for two people, and €105 for 3 people.
The lunch for the “A Day in Howth” tour cannot exceed €40 per person. The assigned budget is €40 for one person, €80 for two people, and €120 for 3 people. For this tour we suggest have a lunch in one of the sea food restaurants in Howth, but there are other options in the local market: sambos (sandwiches), pizzas and street food. This option lets you enjoy with you meal a glass of wine from the house, or a pint of Guinness, or a non-alcoholic drink.
Together, your chosen food and one drink for dinner, cannot exceed €40 per person. The assigned budget for dinner is €40 for one person, €80 for two people, and €120 for 3 people. The other 3 drinks offered for the rest of the tour are limited to a pint of beer or cider. Cocktails, wine, whiskey and spirits are not options. The assigned budget for these 3 pints is €7.20 per pint, equal to €21.60 maximum for one person, €43.20 for two people, and €64.80 for 3 people.
The pub tour “Up for a pint?” listed in our Standard Tours do not have a dinner option.
Disclaimer. Our Night tours are designed to enjoy the local pub scene drinking in moderation, having approximately one pint (or less) every 45 minutes. Keep in mind that all night tours are still a walking tour. When the tour is finished you can continue the night out if you decide it, but the guide will not be able to extend the tour beyond the scheduled time (6:30 pm to 10:30 pm).
Our tours are mainly on foot, but you will get a bus, Luas (tram) or Dart (train) ticket, when required. In general tours 85% are on foot.
Transport from your hotel or accommodation to the meeting point are not included.
After the tour, transport from the finish point to the place you are staying in is not included.
We can help you to find the best way to go to the meeting point or to go back to your place (Read the Meeting point section), or assist you to get a taxi or public transportation, but all these mobilisation expenses before and after the tour are not included in your tour.

The right clothes, comfortable shoes, and a not-too-heavy backpack with the essentials is the minimum equipment required to enjoy a tour.
Our tours are easy to do. They are long but both, amateurs and professionals can take them. They are mainly city walking-tours. The Weekend tours are likely closer to an outdoor adventure but do not be afraid, still are full enjoyable, made to reach to goal with no rush.
